3D machine animation is a short video, built from your engineering files, that shows a machine doing its job: parts moving, product flowing through, panels opening up, the inside you can't film with a camera.
Manufacturers use it when photos and a spec sheet don't get the point across. With machinery that's most of the time. Your machine does something clever on the inside, and your buyers only ever see the outside.
We're Acoroid Studio. We've made 3D animations for 7 years, across 640+ projects for 346 clients, and our focus is industrial equipment.
What We Animate
Power goes in, something happens, product comes out. We show that chain step by step, with the casing see-through where it needs to be, so a buyer gets it in 30 seconds instead of a 40-minute demo.
We take the machine apart in the air and put it back together. It's the quickest way to show what buyers are paying for when the outside looks like everyone else's.
Where it bolts down, what connects to what, and in what order. One video your installers and customers can watch before the truck arrives. For full step-by-step builds, see our 3D assembly animation service.
First power-on, checks and settings. These are the steps that go wrong on site when someone skips one, so they're worth showing clearly.
Daily use, service points, filter and part changes, safe access. Training that looks the same in every plant and for every new technician.
You changed what's inside, but the machine looks the same from outside. We move each part from its old spot to its new one, so dealers see what's different in seconds.
Real Projects
Our longest-running client is GRYB (Groupe R.Y. Beaudoin): more than 100 projects so far, from equipment renders to promo videos and 360° animations, all built from their CAD files.
Case Studies
The brief, how we built each animation, how long it took, and how the client used it.
CAD files are the best starting point. STEP files work well, and that's what GESIPA sent us for their rivet nut animations. If your engineers use another format, send it over and we'll tell you straight away if we can work with it.
No CAD? That's fine too. We built TuckRack's truck rack video from photos and measurements.
Beyond the files, we only need to know what the video has to explain and who's going to watch it. A rough list of points is enough. We write the script and storyboard, and you approve them before any 3D work starts.
The machine projects on this page ran 30 to 60 seconds and took between 11 days and 4 weeks: 11 days for GESIPA's first animation, 3 weeks for Mi-T-M, and 3 to 4 weeks for Ketterer.
Pricing starts from $1,200 per minute of animation. What moves it up or down: how many moving systems there are, whether we build the model from scratch, how many scenes or environments you need, and voiceover.
You get a quote for the agreed scope before we start. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately, so there are no surprises.
Process
15 minutes on what the machine does, what the video must explain, and who watches it.
Send your NDA first if you need one. We sign it before you share a single drawing or CAD file.
You see every shot on paper and sign off before we start modeling, so nothing gets rebuilt later.
We prepare the CAD, set up materials, and animate the moving parts the way they really move.
Three rounds of changes are included for anything in the agreed scope.
MP4 for your website and sales team, and other cuts or formats when you need them, like the transparent-background sequences we delivered to GESIPA.
TESTIMONIALS
Great experience! Very professional, fast turnaround, and the animation came out exactly how I wanted. Easy to communicate with and open to feedback. I’ll definitely work with him again!

Communication was very straightforward and I was also able to create sketches in Paint or similar and these were interpreted correctly and without any problems. The promised delivery time was kept by far. The payment process was also flawless and I was able to pay the agreed payment steps via PayPal without any problems. I will certainly use the service again in the future. Thank you very much.

Prakash has a unique ability to turn any model into a lifelike render. His exceptional work ethic and attention to detail shows in his deliverables. The final animation has exceeded the expectations of our team and we are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Prakash. We highly recommend working with him for any model renderings you need to look lifelike or animated.

Pricing starts from $1,200 per minute of animation. The final price depends on how many moving systems the machine has, whether we build from your CAD files or model from scratch, how many scenes you need, and voiceover. You get a quote for the agreed scope before any work starts.
Our recent machine projects took between 11 days and 4 weeks for 30 to 60 seconds of animation. How quickly feedback comes back at the storyboard and review stages makes a big difference.
CAD files are the best starting point and keep every part accurate. STEP files work well. If you don't have CAD, we can model from photos, drawings and measurements, which is how we built the TuckRack truck rack video.
Yes. We use see-through housings, cutaway views and exploded views to show internal parts and how they move. For GESIPA we showed what happens inside a joint where no camera can see, and for Ketterer we took an in-wheel drive motor apart in a 360-degree exploded view.
Yes. Once the 3D model and animation exist, we can render different cuts from them, for example a short version for sales and your website, and a step-by-step version for installation or service.
We sign your NDA before you send any files, so your drawings and CAD data are covered from the start.
Yes. The projects on this page are for companies in the US (Mi-T-M), Germany (Ketterer) and the UK (GESIPA). We keep 4 to 6 hours of overlap with your working day, usually reply within the hour during that time, and take payment by PayPal, wire transfer or a US local account.
An MP4 ready for your website, sales presentations and trade show screens. We can also deliver other formats, such as image sequences on a transparent background for your team to edit, as we did for GESIPA.
