These are real projects for manufacturers and product companies. Each one shows what the client needed, how we turned their CAD files (or just photos and measurements) into a 3D animation, and how they used the finished video.

Solar Racking Assembly Animation for Nuance Energy's Osprey PowerNEST®

Nuance Energy was launching the Osprey PowerNEST®, a solar racking system built from fiberglass rods, crimped plates and a small set of parts. They needed a step-by-step 3D assembly animation for the product's landing page, with a hard deadline 10 days after work started. We built it from their STEP files, worked through feedback from Tom, their engineer and their CEO, and delivered on the deadline in two versions.

3D Product Update Animation for Mi-T-M's HEG Hot Water Pressure Washer

Mi-T-M moved and upgraded six parts inside its HEG Series hot water pressure washers. We made a 48-second 3D animation where each part slides from its old spot to its new one, so dealers see the change in seconds instead of reading a spec sheet. Three weeks from start to delivery, one round of feedback.

Prefab Steel Building Assembly Animation for HFX Steel Framing

HFX Steel Framing builds apartment buildings from prefabricated light gauge steel wall and floor panels. They had a rough internal draft of an animation and needed a professional one that showed their system properly: a six-story building going up floor by floor, with the layers inside each wall, floor and window opening. We delivered it in 21 days, and Khalid, the company's president, paid the performance bonus he'd promised if the work was really good.

In-Wheel Drive Motor Animation for Ketterer: Inside the Motor and Three Real-World Uses

Ketterer, a German drive maker founded in 1832, needed one video that shows what's inside its in-wheel drive motor and where it's used. We built it from their CAD files: an exploded 360° view of the motor, then the drive at work in three places where it sells most, an automated guided vehicle in a warehouse, an aircraft tug in a hangar, and a service robot in a coffee shop. It was the first of three projects we've done with Ketterer.

3D Product Animation for TuckRack's Folding Truck Rack, Built Without CAD Files

TuckRack needed an animation showing how its truck rack installs and folds away, and it needed it in under two weeks. There were no CAD files, just photos and measurements, and the budget didn't stretch to a custom truck model. We built the rack from those photos, reworked a stock truck model until it looked like the real thing, and delivered on time. The video now leads TuckRack's How It Works page.

Blind Rivet Nut Animations for GESIPA UK: Three Products, Two Projects

GESIPA's UK team needed short animations showing how their blind rivet nuts are set, and what happens inside the joint where no camera can see. We made three, across two projects a year apart: G-Sealed in 2023, then MegaGrip and LightWeight in early 2025. Each was built from GESIPA's STEP files and delivered as a transparent-background sequence their team could edit into their own videos.
